STILLWATER, Okla. – The Oklahoma Association of Career and Technology Education (OkACTE) named Dustin Hicks, Practical Nursing Instructor and Simulation Specialist at Meridian Technology Center, the Postsecondary Teacher of the Year for the Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education (CareerTech) system. The award comes with a $5,000 prize.
