Meridian Technology Center Culinary Arts student Kylie Payne and instructor Donna Cantrell recently received two of the highest awards from the Oklahoma Restaurant Association.
Payne, a second-year student at Meridian and senior at Perkins-Tryon High School, was named the Oklahoma ProStart Student of the Year. Cantrell, a 12-year veteran instructor at Meridian, received the Oklahoma ProStart Instructor of the Year award.
