Quinton Griesel recently completed his capstone project in his Culinary Arts training program at Meridian. Griesel’s cake features ornate sugar crystals, tinted fondant and an intricate hand-piped icing design. Including designing, baking and the applying the base icing and detail work, the Pawnee High School Senior spent nearly a week on his culinary creation.
